Well I’ve decided its now officially time to get serious about my health and started to make some positive changes. I’ve been using the Abs diet principles for 1 week now and I’ve already lost 5 pounds and feel great. I’ve made it my goal to eat better and to get at least some kind of exercise everyday. This blog is a place for me to write about my weight loss thoughts during my upcoming challenge. I signed up for a 52 day challenge over on the men’s health message board. The goals are to eat cleanly through the day and to exercise during the week with weight training and cardio. I tried this challenge about 1 year ago and failed miserably, this time I hope things will be different. The challenge is set to kick off on 8/4 so over the next few days I’ll be preparing for this challenge by mapping out a meal plan for the week as well as looking for a suitable home body fat composition monitor.
